Almost all cases will qualify eventually and Duepner Law has expunged Misdemeanors all the way up to A felonies.  The first requirement to become eligible for expungement is:

Misdemeanors=   5 years of clean record from the conviction date
D Felonies=           8 years of clean record from the convictions date
Higher Felonies= 8 or 10  years of clean record from conviction date or 3 or 5 years years from the completion of the persons sentence.

Reducing the time frame for certain major crimes require consent of the prosecutor.  In Hamilton County this consent is not likely.  Find out much more on Indiana Expungements.

There are many more requirements but the time frame, from experience, seems to be the biggest issue when determining eligibility.  If you are past the time frame required, contact Duepner Law to discuss your case free of charge.  You only get one chance in life to expunge your record and if denied you must wait 3 years before you can refile.  The Expungement process is fairly inexpensive and worth contacting an experienced Hamilton County Expungement Attorney to make sure your case is handled properly.
